In depth

Verdict

Mister Fantastic has plummeted 20lbs in the weights and would be of serious interest in first-time blinkers if support were to arrive, which it may now Paul Hanagan takes over in the saddle. His title rival Richard Hughes also has claims of landing the finale aboard Rigid, whose best effort to date did come over this trip, but this 12-race maiden is frustrating and doesn't look to give his all when push comes to shove. Mushy Peas has managed to win albeit in modest company and couldn't be ruled out now trying this surface but we're prepared to take a chance on MAJOR ERADICATOR now connections reach for the visor. He caught the eye on more than one occasion in maidens before blowing the start at Yarmouth, making that run easy to ignore, and is out of a 6f winning dam, so conditions should be ideal and he looks worth siding with in a complex puzzle.
