        Verdict

        FERJAAN finished runner-up over C&D last week. He never looked like catching the winner but can still boast the best form on show in this company and gets the vote. Marsh Dragon had shown ability on her debut and heavy ground was a legitimate excuse for her recent poor run at Carlisle while Admirals Walk is creeping closer with each outing. Newcomers to note include Green Monkey, a half-brother to 6f winner Isola Verde, while Sibaya and Aglaophonos are also worth a second glance. However, Silca's Dream is related to numerous smart sprinters that include Silca's Sister, Golden Silca and Green Manalishi and he could prove the biggest threat on that evidence.
