The likes of Slugger O'Toole and Victorian Bounty are attractively weighted these days but they can't exactly be relied upon and nor can Sheer Force whilst Rondeau's sequence of placed performances is building. Tiger Star continues to attract support and showed more at Wolverhampton last time although another furlong may suit better as he did appear to become outpaced at a vital stage. Harting Hill's three wins have all come over this course and distance, Smart Endeavour may be able to build on his Wolverhampton victory and they have claims in a race where few are confidently dismissed but the token vote goes to ARMY OF STARS who has been running well of late and wasn't disgraced in a stronger race last time.
