In depth

Verdict

A competitive finale can go the way of Mustajed; Kingscape and Pivotal Answer are the main dangers. The selection won over this course and distance last time and he is still well-in compared to his turf rating. He has a good draw and the excellent Jim Crowley on board and he should go close. Kingscape has been in decent form but he has yet to race o the all-weather and he does have his quirks so we are prepared to oppose him today. Pivotal Answer is lighly-raced and she ran well at Lingfield last time when second behind Ravarino. If she gets home over this slightly longer trip she could make the frame. Crossbow Creek does go well here so he is another to consider, but Mustajed arrives here in good form and can win again.
