In depth

Verdict

Captain Peacock landed a double over 1m3f before floundering in soft ground at Newmarket. He may bounce back returning to this surface but OPPOSITION is preferred. The latter makes a quick reappearance having been narrowly beaten at Windsor on Monday and Ryan Moore gets the leg-up for this. Methag ran well at Newbury last time but Langlauf disappointed at Doncaster having won over track and trip earlier while Clowance One missed the whole of last year but won his maiden over course and distance.
