In depth

Verdict

Laggan Minstrel has been knocking on the door of late and should give another good account off a fair mark. Richard Hannon's charge put up a particularly fine display when narrowly denied at Goodwood in better company last month and a reproduction will make him hard to beat. Another Glimpse was suited by the drop in trip when landing a 7f Lingfield maiden last time but this is tougher while Kareeb takes a drop in class and looked most unlucky when a close second behind The Judge at Newbury in April. Transatlantic wouldn't be out of this if fit for his return.
