Verdict

Endeavor wins his fair share at this level, though never off a mark this high or on soft ground. Little Glenshee won the novice hurdle on this card last year and has only found one too good in two runs over fences to date. He'll be winning soon but has to give 10lb to ROCKING BLUES, who pulled too hard at Newcastle earlier this month but still finished ahead of Prince Tam and should go close here if settling better. Cloverhill Lad started favourite at Newcastle eight days ago after winning at Hexham but found little off the bridle and more is needed here.
