In depth

Verdict

Waking Ned has shown improved form since being sent point-to-point and hunter chasing and is hard to oppose in race that should not take much winning with the main dangers looking to be Scenic Storm and Try Catch Paddy. The last mentioned was not disgraced in a similar contest over course and distance last month and has solid place claims at least. High Expectations is strictly held by Try Catch Paddy on running last time, while Washington Pink does not look to be the easiest of rides and may be best watched. I'm Willie's Girl is hard to recommend on all known form and a better bet looks to be the consistent Scenic Storm. Waking Ned has solid claims in a poor contest though and he gets the vote.
