Verdict

Silsol never figured in the Grade 2 Rendlesham at Haydock last time and has no winning form on good ground. The same applies to Shades Of Midnight, who bids for hat-trick off a 7lb higher mark having landed a double in heavy going. Isaacstown Lad is usually thereabouts but is upped in class while Central Flame returns to hurdles off a 13lb higher mark than when scoring at Hexham last year. TOP WOOD also reverts to the smaller obstacles having fallen in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham last time when still going well on the good ground. A chance is taken on David Pipe's charge with winning partner Colin O'Farrell back in the plate for this.
