Easement couldn't quite get to the front-running Scotswell over C&D last week but that was another good run from George Bewley's gelding. He's 3lb higher today, however, and that may open the door for the less-exposed RUDEMEISTER to return to winning ways after failing to make any impression on easy winner Cloudy Too on his handicap debut at Newcastle. The aforementioned Scotswell was back in third that day. Seedless is a likeable mare and shouldn't be far away again while Howizee was only put up 2lb after winning over 3m2f at Catterick in February and can't be ignored.
