Verdict

A small field goes to post for this novices chase but it is competitive non the less and the principals look to be Reasonable Reserve, Lorenzino and Ray Source and we will take a chance on Reasonable Reserve. The six year old from the bang in form Brendan Powell yard has been in cracking form of late over hurdles. He is sure to have been well schooled for this his chasing debut and with conditions again in his favour he will be hard to beat. Lorenzino rates the main danger he was a fair third behind Full Minty last time out and that form has since been franked so he has definite place claims. Race Source is also worthy of respect he was a fair second behind Lost In Normandy last time out but his best form of late has come with more cut in the ground so we are happy to side with the bang in form Reasonable Reserve.
