CASUAL STYLE gets the nod in the opener, where Painted Sky and Phoenix Enforcer can also go well. The last-named is trained by the shrewd George Baker, who applies blinkers to his charge for the first time tonight. Recent efforts have been less than encouraging, but she has enough ability to win a couple of sellers on the Flat last summer so the headgear might help to bring that out over hurdles. Painted Sky won a selling handicap hurdle at Plumpton last month and is tried over this shorter trip again this evening.
