Plenty of these have chances in a competitive but moderate contest including Classic Rock and Lord of Adventure but marginal preference is for Daisydell who gets the vote. The selection, a point-to-point winner, has yet to translate form to rules races but has been found a weak contest here, should relish the underfoot conditions and has the assistance of Tony McCoy. The maiden Le Millenaire has plenty of weight for what he has achieved, while Golden Feather has seemingly lost his way and would probably prefer a softer surface. Wotashambles is less exposed than most but is hard to recommend on all known evidence and of more interest is Classic Rock, although a 6lb rise for his Uttoxeter success leaves him with more to do. The consistent Lord of Adventure can be expected to be thereabouts again and has to be respected but preference is for Irish raider Daisydell, who gets the vote.
