In depth

Verdict

Boruler stopped quickly on his chasing bow at Hexham but looked in need of the run and should do better here. However, we still prefer ELENIKA with Paul Nicholls' grey having already shown promise over the larger obstacles in France, finishing a distant second in a Listed chase over a longer trip at Auteuil in May. Fellow four-year-old Refusal may need more time and Pindar is also best watched after finding little off the bridle on the Polytrack eight days ago. Gorgehous Liliege has been off for more than a year but Rajdhani Express would be interesting if back to his best as he ran well in a couple of hot handicaps over hurdles last winter.
