In depth

Verdict

Jack Fuller gets the vote here, ahead of Lost In Normandy and Sitting Duck. The selection is fairly exposed, however he is only 2lbs above his last winning mark and after a good run when runner-up to the unexposed Obelix De Longchaux a month ago, he could be up to taking this. His stable is in good form at present and he could be worth siding with in an open contest. Sitting Duck was well beaten when unseating his rider last time out, and that effort was slightly disappointing given his previous efforts. Usually a model of consistency, it is hard to see him not making the frame although a win looks fairly unlikely off his current mark. Lost In Normandy showed that he retains some ability with a fair second last time out, and off this lowly mark he could prove dangerous although he again is one who may be best off aiming for place money. At bigger prices, Fight The Feeling could go well as long as he doesn't get too far behind early on, whilst Kercabellec will struggle on this going. For the winner then, we return to Peter Winkworth's Jack Fuller.
