In depth

Verdict

Fair Loch won a claiming hurdle here back in 2015 but is better known as a chaser these days. He made most and came home a comfortable winner at Sedgefield and though 8lb higher is still below his chasing mark. STOWAWAY MAGIC hasn't been in the best of form over hurdles though he's been operating at a higher level and reverts to fences on a very tempting mark. He gets the vote though Broughtons Rhythm would be a threat if the going eases as he ran well on soft ground at Southwell last time. Torrent Des Mottes won over the course and distance in March and has to be respected though he's out of the handicap.
