    Verdict

Dalriath, just gets the vote in this novices chase over River Bailiff and Serbelloni. The selection won in game fashion at Cartmel last time out when beating Marrel and although having a penalty for that win he will improve for this faster surface and he is taken to win again. River Baliff rates the main danger as he won a hunter chase in good style last time out but this looks tougher and he may struggle to give weight and a beating to the selection. Serbelloni is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Lord Henry but he often finds less than expected off the bridle and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Thedublinpublican is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is still prone to the odd jumping error and with this in mind for the winner we return to the progressive Dalriath.
