In depth

Verdict

Godwit has shown little in two run in handicaps but she may have more to offer. Mrs Peachey won at Towcester and Wetherby in May and warrants a mention but Callisto Moon was well beaten in a better race at Fontwell on Friday though has won on the Flat this year. QUINSMAN is a tentative selection if he can improve a little on his third at Bangor off a 3lb lower mark, though it would be no surprise to see Marju King involved at the business end as well. Priors Gold may be best of the rest with most of the others lacking a recent run.
