In depth

Verdict

LAKE VIEW LAD has joined a new yard since placed in a bumper at Punchestown in May. That looks stronger form than the fourth of Due East at Sedgefield in September and Nick Alexander's charge gets the nod on his return to action. Egret debuts for Lucinda Russell's in form yard having placed in a point to point and makes more appeal than the newcomers Raymond Reddington and Calypso Storm.
