In depth

Verdict

Southern raider Earls Fort is looking to get back on track after seconds at Lingfield and Warwick. But he’s still creeping up the handicap and is giving 10lb to course specialist BEYONDTEMPTATION if you take into account Thomas Dowson’s claim. Jonathan Haynes’ mare takes no prisoners and possibly found 2m too short here last time – she holds Kalaharry on recent form. Vertigo looks the pick of the remainder ahead of veteran Brave Spartacus.
