In depth

Verdict

Sir Rowland Hill gets the confident vote here with Hapthor and Ad Murum rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair second behind Burern Moonshine last time out. That form looks rock solid in the context of this race and he need only run up to that mark to win. Hapthor rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind All Square especially as this longer trip should suit and he should be noted in the market. Ad Murum is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Canada Street but that form has since been let down and he looks vulnerable on that basis. Of the remainder Another Jameson is from a yard in form and is another to note in the market but in a race where few can be strongly fancied for the winner we return to Sir Rowland Hill.
