Verdict

Last year’s winner Act Now has been chasing lately and is 8lb higher but there is a chance that first-time blinkers will reignite her enthusiasm and she is a stout stayer. Bridane Rebel has gone up 9lb for winning at Market Rasen and is likely to find that tough to overcome. BRAVENTARA has not been beaten far in either start this year. She is still creeping up the handicap but Noel George is good value for his 7lb claim and his mount is having just her ninth career start today. Dahills Hill ran well at Market Rasen after scoring at Ludlow and won’t be fazed by the step up in trip so looks the pick of the remainder ahead of the maiden Little Millie, who has had a wind op.
