In depth

Verdict

CALL ME LORD has been a grand servant to connections, winning seven times, and he was second in a Grade 3 at Sandown when last racing off this mark. All of today’s rivals are race-fit but Nicky Henderson’s 10-year-old has run well fresh in the past and retained jockey Daryl Jacob is back on board. Risk And Roll will probably be back chasing soon but Copper Coin shouldn’t be far away. The going may have dried out too much for Luttrell Lad, however, while Lime Avenue still has some improving to do to prove himself at this level.
