In depth

Formwatch

Gale Damage (IRE) only moderate form to date however should be seen to better effect now over hurdles

Impetus (GER) ex-German racer who has cut little ice on outing so far in Britain

Valjean (IRE) ex- Irish flat racer; maiden handicapper who might find things a bit tough today

Kelnik Glory no show last time out and little to recommend him

Kitmate (USA) put up a fair effort the time before last and would have definite chances if reproducing that running

Sleight of Hand (IRE) ran well last time out at Taunton in better race than this and must go close on that effort

Star Glow has bits and pieces of form to his name but looks to have a stiff task on balance

Tsunami good effort last time but always seems to find a few too good: e/w possibilities though

Drift doesn't really look good enough on balance of form

Alphasam (IRE) hasn't run for best part of a year and although this is within his compass, may just be better for the outing

Spirito poor performer who is unlikely to trouble the judge

Graig Hill Rose no show in two bumper outings, should be better for the experience

Notagainthen connections seem to be struggling to find the right trip for him and overall form leaves something to be desired

Arctic Affair (IRE) not beaten far at Towcester last time and could well run into a place

Take Action (IRE) ran in snatches at Ludlow last time but can be given some hopes if finding a little improvement

Annonce (GER) first attempt over hurdles and market may well provide the best guide to his chances
