A competitive handicap here, with La Campanella likely to be well supported after returning to winning ways at Leicester. Mick Channon's filly will again get fast ground here and with the stable in such good form she has to be on the shortlist from a plum draw. However, both her wins have come over the minimum trip and with top weight it is possible she may not get home here now she steps back up to six furlongs. Tangled Up In Blue has winning form over five furlongs earlier in the season and has come down a couple of pounds recently, which will help. Bred to improve with both age and over further, any more wins this season would be a bonus. Having said that, he was certainly not disgraced when beaten by three lengths at Chester on Wednesday and this drop in class gives him a squeak. Preference though is for Feather Boa. Michael Blanshard's filly went in twice over six furlongs during July before never getting into the race last time at Windsor from a poor draw and that run can be excused. Back on the fast ground that connections say she loves, Feather Boa can come back fresh from a short break and win here. Of the others, Kevin Ryan's Eastern Scarlet would have definite place claims, while Jalouhar cannot be discounted now that the stable are having winners.
