Pinstripe has a nice pedigree and should find a small race once his yard hits form. Monsieur Glory won at Redcar 11 days ago, despite hanging badly in the closing stages. But he probably has it all to do under a penalty while Santiburi Spring has been struggling to win in lesser company on the all-weather. Maulesden May is another recent Redcar winner but she looks vulnerable under top weight against some possible improvers. DARK AVENUE falls into that latter category and now gets the chance over a more suitable distance after three maiden runs last year. He's already shown some ability and can start fulfilling his potential with victory here. Clear Evidence should also improve over this trip and Perceysvivace might be the pick of the remainder, though the fitting of cheekpieces aren't necessarily a good sign.
