Arrivederci is probably still improving but closely matched with War Lord on Wetherby running. Kid Commando made all in a Listed race at Ascot on his reappearance and is also progressive while easy Ffos Las winner Shakem Up'Arry is on a fair mark on his handicap debut. The handicapper could also be opening the door for Umbrigado and Le Ligerien will strip fitter than when behind Dear Sire at Chepstow. Strong traveller FLASH THE STEEL (NAP) came up against a well-treated rival when trying to win a Grade 3 at Chepstow last month for the second year running. Another 3lb rise has done him no favours but he has his ground today and is racing over his best trip.
