Verdict

A competitive renewal of this Grade 2 but MISTER FISHER quickly made amends for a narrow defeat when favourite at Newbury by beating a decent field at Kempton with a bit in hand. He faces no straightforward task, however, as Bright Forecast is equally progressive and two from two over timber. He is also receiving 3lb from the selection as is Esprit Du Large, an easy winner of a maiden at Uttoxeter on just his second career start. Muratello had a tall reputation in France while Idee De Garde came up against a nice prospect at Newcastle. Tricks And Trails has ability but is probably making up the numbers in this grade.
