Verdict

QOYA (NAP) returned to winning ways over 1m6f in the soft ground at Nottingham. Doing her best work in the closing stages, the Haggas filly will likely relish this extra test of stamina and can defy a penalty. It was fast going when Kincade scored at Pontefract but a soft surface when Whitehaven won this last year and he’s only 2lb higher this time. Temporize posted a better effort at Ascot last time but Maketh Believeth will handle the underfoot conditions and makes more appeal.
