Pevensey drops in class and has a good record at this time of year so a market check is advised but without that guide preference is for GREEN LIGHTNING. Mark Johnston's charge was an expensive failure at Thirsk having previously gone well in a strong York handicap on his first start for some time. The effort that stands out is his defeat of Harris Tweed in May and while we can't rely on that form line forever he is worth one more chance now the visor is applied. Music Of The Moor has paid the price for two strong runs in the spring but this step up to 1m4f for the first time may unlock more improvement, Amazing Blue Sky has gone well here and would be the one to beat if the going turned soft while Oriental Cavalier struggled off this mark last time and is likely to do so again.
