    Verdict

OTTONIAN will need to improve again on a debut victory at Thirsk but is capable of doing so and the soft going clearly won’t be a problem. There was also give in the ground when Perfect In Pink won at Leicester but Mick Channon's filly is 7lb higher now. The Blues Master and Taxmeifyoucan were both well beaten over 1m6f at Musselburgh last time but that was in better company. Duke's Girl seems to be coming to hand and she’s preferred to Redcar winner New Society and Lethal Impact of the others.
