Verdict

Bryan Smart has his horses in good form and Flash Of White is progressing enough to get involved on his handicap debut. La Casa Tarifa won at Beverley earlier this month then ran a superb race when just failing to catch The Wagon Wheel in a very strong York nursery so she has to be on the short-list. However, she was beaten by HAROME over the minimum trip here in June and though the latter hasn't made the expected progress he was giving plenty of weight to the winner when just caught at Catterick last time and can bounce back today. Galahad looked suited to 7f at Leicester last time but Percy Toplis pulled too hard at Carlisle after landing a qualifier for this earlier.
