In depth

Verdict

Sound Of Iona never threatened when third over track and trip while Aleef finished a long way behind the winner when second at Thirsk. Lady Celia included a course and distance success in last summer’s double and an apprentice takes 7lb off her back today but GUNNERSIDE is preferred. Grant Tuer’s charge has won three of only five outings so far this year and looks worth sticking with having scored over track and trip last time.
