      Verdict

      Maiden winners Hunter's Light and Albaraka have a bit to prove now after disappointing on their first starts in pattern company, though the former will appreciate the return to fast ground. Malthouse has been running well without winning in decent handicaps of late and may fare better on today's terms, but a chance is taken on STELLA POINT. She landed the odds in a Doncaster maiden last time and her earlier fourth to Izzi Top in a Listed race at Newbury reads well. Mick Channon's filly has the beating of Palm Pilot on that running and she's given the impression there is more to come. Stablemate Tidal Run is up against it, however, as is Calypso Magic.
