These jumping boys will have been quicker in a three-mile chase than some of these flat horses can gallop. Cedar Master a poor maiden over hurdles, stays in his own time and it will be a surprise if he is good enough to give the weight away, while Fletcher is a law unto himself. Old timer Distant Storm, the winner of a selling hurdle last month, could go well off his light weight, but the vote goes to Midnight Creek, who will find this much easier than the 0-85 contest he tackled here on his latest outing. The Handicapper has dropped him 2lbs from his latest run and can run here off a 5lb lower mark than when he was successful over this course last year.
