Verdict

The Mick Channon-trained Misternando has not done more than has been necessary in landing a four-timer and has thus managed to stay ahead of the handicapper. However, he is the form choice here and the gelding is given the nod to confirm recent form with Dubai Sevenstars and Its Your Bid. The in-form Henry Island is preferred to Mostarsil out of the remainder and should be on the premises at the finish. But Misternando would have already landed the five-timer had he not unseated Sam Hitchott at Yarmouth in July and he does not have too much to find pit the statistics right today.
