Verdict

A low draw and the booking of Joe Fanning are good enough pointers to swing the pendulum towards Who's Winning, who gets the vote over La Vie Est Belle and Sir Loin in a tough finale at Goodwood. Short Chorus and Imperium are others that are capable of getting involved in a race of this nature, while Dave is interesting on his first crack at the minimum trip this season and a market move for him should not be dismissed lightly. However, nothing makes as much appeal as Who's Winning, as he is arrives here at the top of his game and has the assistance of a jockey that has a god clock in his head for tracking or making the running. Recent course form suggests that a stands side draw can be beneficial, so from stall one on ground that should be ideal, Who's Winning has everything in his favour today.
