Verdict

Quarter Moon has her fare share of temperament to match her undoubted class but gets the TEAMtalk vote to gain an overdue big-race success this term. Aidan O'Brien's filly has been placed in three Classics and had Islington well behind when runner-up in the Oaks behind Kazzia. This trip should suit ideally and the daughter of Sadler's Wells will have no problem if the rain arrives. The combination of testing conditions over a mile and a half stretched the stamina of Islington at Epsom but the Musidora heroine, who has had a short break, should be a different proposition on this occasion. Michael Jarvis has a fine record here and Tarfshi is worth her chance in the top grade after handing out a convincing defeat of last month's Irish Oaks in a Group 2 at The Curragh but the improving Fallen Star may be better over shorter.
