Verdict

The three Ballydoyle fillies, Amazing Beauty, Spin and Why, have all disappointed recently, the former pair in the Galtres Stakes at York. John Oxx has a very good record in this and ZANUGHAN looks to have more scope than most. The Azamour colt looked a nice prospect when scoring at Navan in April and has been given a break since a moderate effort in a Group 2 the following month. He looks one for the future and should be good enough to see off the year older Unity, who has been very consistent at this level. Classy bumper Steps To Freedom was conceding 6lb to Priomhbhean at Gowran and can reverse the form on these terms while Pat Smullen will be keen to make the most of Address Unknown's stamina after his mount scored over 1m6f here at the Festival.
