    Verdict

The Shunter didn't run badly in the Plate on Wednesday after scoring on the Flat at Sligo while stablemate Thousand Tears finished mid-division in a 1m4f maiden the same day. Shanroe ran a super race when fourth in last year's Ebor and that's probably his target again. Shoshone Warrior benefited from an enterprising ride by his amateur pilot when making all at Leopardstown with the returning SANDHURST a long way behind but expect a very much better effort from the latter, who was having his first start for the yard and finished second in last year's Chester Vase. Azallya has produced her best form on testing ground and looked ready for a step-up in trip when mid-division in a 1m4f Listed race at the Curragh.
