Verdict

Powersbomb won this a year ago and though expected to give a good account again he's 11lb higher which makes things more difficult. Bank Bonus, who was beaten around 5l into second, is 9lb better off so should get closer while The Mad Well has been in excellent form though he's up 10lb for his latest victory at Sligo. The four-year-old Plain Talking is doing well but this is a tough ask for a youngster while Kennedys Mor is taking a step-up in class after his Killarney victory over Black Benny and the runner-up has enough in hand on the revised terms to take revenge. SEA LIGHT completed a hat-trick in late 2013 and hasn't had much racing subsequently. He's gradually been coming down the weights and showed a bit more last time so a chance is taken that he's ready to resume winning ways. Bomber Jackson has only won on the all-weather and is making his handicap debut over timber.
