The selection is Romany Dream, the dangers, in our view, are Quiet Millfit, Eau Pure, Saby and Master, and the synopsis as follows. Quiet Millfit ran well over course and distance from a higher mark in this race last year and can be given a chance based on that. Celtic Star's third over a slightly longer trip here last time brings him into the mix, while Romany Dream has course and distance form from around today's mark earlier in the year to afford him plenty of respect, and he is also a course and distance winner. Eau Pure has also won here and is also back to a reasonable mark and, if the first-time blinkers help, he can go well. Paul Webber's point-to-point recruit, Thalys, is one to glance at in the betting, while Saby is well-weighted based on his form of last October and he steps up in trip today. Finally, Master T's novice chase success at Huntingdon last time affords this generally-consistent type respect today. However, with most of the others racing from out of the weights, we will just side with Romany Dream.
