In depth

Verdict

DOCTOR BARTOLO but he’s not very big and is struggling to cope over hurdles on ground with some give. Alan King’s charge had no chance last time at Newbury against Style De Garde but should make it third-time lucky here. Kapdad has run well enough to suggest he won’t be far away again while Delannoy, Monsieur Lecoq and Lightly Squeeze are all capable of improvement in an intriguing opener.
