Verdict

BUACHAILL ALAINN made the most of a slip down the handicap to win at Sedgefield by seven lengths. He’s back up in the weights but drops down a grade and can go in again. Cloudy Copper won at Ffos Las in April and remains on a decent mark if at his best on his reappearance but Fergal Mael Duin is upped in class after winning over a shorter trip here. Aerial went close off today’s mark at Ludlow in April and a conditional takes over the reins while Ballyheigue Bay was runner-up at Kempton in May.
