Verdict

It is hard to get away from CREAGH BAY in this handicap chase and he is nominated to get the better of Cold Mountain and Donald Will Do. The selection has won in the Irish point-to-point sphere and he is having only his second start over the chase fences today. His hurdles form is moderate but he shapes as though he will be better over fences and the yard have hit some form so he looks the stand-out choice. Cold Mountain has posted a couple of wins over hurdles but he has yet to trouble the judge over fences. He made an early mistake last time when he finished fourth behind Dead Or Alive and he has plenty of questions to answer at present. Donald Will Do does at least have winning form over fences as he scored at Leicester back in February, but he has since been disappointing. Walcot Lad has course and distance form so appeals most of the others, but this looks a good opportunity for Creagh Bay who should prove hard to beat.
