Verdict

Tecktal proved consistent at the back end of last year and had a pipe-opener on the all-weather last month. The booking of AP McCoy for Chestnut Ben catches the eye and he'll be thereabouts if putting in a clear round but Fly Town was lucky to win at Fakenham on New Year's Day and has been well beaten in two starts since at Ffos Las. WHATSHALLWEDO has improved this season alternating between hurdles and fences and, though only fourth off this mark at Southwell last time, may still be open to further progress and gets the vote.
