Verdict

LARRY had few problems beating three rivals at Plumpton last month. He’d shown promise earlier in decent company and won his bumper here last year so should be capable of defying his penalty. Duke Of Kilcorral reverts to novice company after a couple of runs in handicaps. He was only beaten a short-head over course and distance last time so warrants respect. Illtellmema did well to finish second over a longer trip here on her debut under Rules and is also respected but Flat winner Lightly Squeeze has been well beaten on both starts to date over hurdles.
