      Verdict

This is not the strongest of maidens and it may be the best policy to allow Pennyghael another chance to redeem herself after a couple of near misses. Espresso Time is already exposed as moderate so Duo Leoni and Vandal appeal as the best of the remainder with experience. Whilst Mr Velocity could be anything at this stage and is worth monitoring in the betting. However, Pennyghael has plenty of scope and it will be surprising if she cannot find the necessary improvement to get off the mark today.
