      Verdict

      None of the newcomers make obvious appeal on paper and at this stage of the season experience regularly proves a vital commodity. QUEEN OF THE HOP looks the call on the back of a solid first effort five days ago, staying on well after being pushed along in mid-race. She also receives the mandatory sex allowance and is the stable selection from two five-day entries. The Dancing Lord arguably showed more natural speed at Lingfield before fading rather quickly late on. He can only come on for that effort and rates a threat, while Kieren Fallon is an eye-catching booking for First Rebellion.
