    Verdict

Bryn Palling has two in a maiden that won't take much winning and although Superior Edge is the benchmark his other, MR MONEY MAKER looks his first string on jockey bookings so the hint is taken while Rare Tern is respected from a top yard. Rated 73 Superior Edge is a fair enough benchmark for the others to aim at. She was on a progressive run of form before not finding the Fibresand at Southwell to her liking so with that forgiven she should go well. But David Probert is the eye-catching booking on stable mate Mr Money Maker and that swings this race in his favour. A promising debut, when a close up fifth at Windsor, was followed by a disappointing run at Wolverhampton after a break but he may have needed the run or not liked the surface so he is given another chance now strip fit. Rare Tern held his form from first run to second and only slight improvement would probably be enough. Mirza is in a similar bracket to the one we've just mentioned so is also on the list but the Palling pair have the best claims and Mr Money Maker looks the first string.
